Motor City & Cheat Meals

Hi everybody! Well, I finally got out of my seventh and eight place rut! I placed sixth over the weekend at the Motor City Pro Figure event! Now it's on to Arlington for the Europa Supershow in less than two weeks.

Congratulations to Jennifer Searles on her first pro win! And thanks, Liane, for the "flowers" - you probably saved someone from getting an eye poked out!

I allowed myself to eat what I wanted yesterday, but I was extremely disappointed. My breakfast was spent at the airport (a strawberry pop-tart) and dinner was a chicken & shrimp Caesar, which was soggy. Can I re-do a cheat day? Is that allowed? I would like an order of the baby-back ribs instead, please!
